Q: Can I purchase your bath products directly?
A: RSI Home Products (RSI) only sells its bath products to retailers. Please see the Store Locator link for your nearest retailer.
Q: Can I order replacement parts through RSI?
A: Yes, contact Customer Service at 1-888-774-8062 between the hours of 6:00 am–4:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday or click on the Contact Us link.
Q: Do you build custom vanity cabinets and special sizes to fit my individual specs?
A: We do not build custom or special size vanity cabinets. Our vanity cabinets are standard in-stock sizes from 24", 30", 36", 48" and 60" widths.
Q: How do I attach the vanity top to the vanity cabinet?
A: To attach the vanity top to the vanity cabinet you will need to apply a bead of silicone along the top of the vanity cabinet edge and along the backside of the back splash (if applicable).
Careully and gently place the vanity top onto the vanity cabinet and press firmly into place.
Wipe off excess sealant. Allow time for the adhesive to dry (refer to the silicone adhesive manufacturer's instructions for drying time).
Note: Bathroom walls may be uneven and slight gaps may occur. Fill gaps with sealant.
Q: I'm installing tiles near my vanity, can I use grout to secure my side splash?
A: Grout may be used only to seal the seams on a side splash. You still need to apply a silicone adhesive to mount and secure the side splash to the wall. Grout is not meant for bonding.
Q: Are any of your products available unfinished?
A: Our products are only available finished.
Q: Can I purchase extra shelves for my Medicine Cabinet?

Q: How can I fix a chip or scratch on my Cultured Marble vanity top?
A: We do not offer a repair kit for this. Please contact a local professional.
Q: How do I clean my Vanity Cabinet, Vanity Top, Bath Storage Cabinet or Medicine Cabinet?

Q: What do I do if the doors on my vanity cabinet are not aligned?
A: First, make sure your cabinet is level. If it is not level, you may have to shim your cabinet. Then use the adjustment screw that is in the mounting plate to adjust side-to-side or up and down. Click for Hinge Adjustment Instructions.
Q: What water temperature can my Cultured Marble or Solid Surface Technology vanity top withstand?
A: All of our vanity tops can withstand temperature changes from 50 to 150 degrees fahrenheit. Our vanity tops comply with ANSIZ124.3 standards.
Q: I use well water in my home, will this affect my vanity top?
A: Since well water is calcium-rich, it is more likely to leave white, calcium deposits on your vanity top. If you experience this issue, we recommend using a low-abrasive, non-bleach cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend®.
